Terms and conditions

 We will require a fee of 100% of the accommodation price as a deposit. Deposit reductions can only be negotiated for long term bookings. All deposits are non-refundable.

 PLEASE NOTE: All cancellations and changes must be made in writing. If the cancellation or change is notified within 30 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If the change is notified later, or if the customer does not arrive, the full price of the reservation will be charged.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking if you or any member of your party causes damage to property, furniture or contents, or in the event of serious disturbance to neighbours.

We offer parking in the convenient vicinity of the pension in the parking lot P1,P2,P3 for a discounted daily rate of 280 CZK. If you are interested in a parking card, it is necessary to reserve parking in advance.

Change of bed linen is carried out once a week 2. Change of towels is carried out every 3rd day or at the guest's request

Loss of keys

 Loss of key - replacement of system insert and key production: 1000,- CZK

 Please direct any complaints or comments to our reception. Any complaint is more likely to be dealt with if you make it while you are still present. The property reserves the right to charge you for any property stolen or damaged during your stay. We will provide you with a full breakdown of these charges, which may also include an administration fee to offset our costs.

Whilst we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the information contained herein, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions and reserve the right to amend or remove any information as we deem necessary. WHITE PANÍ Ltd cannot be held responsible for events beyond its or its suppliers' control (such as fire, strike, industrial action by employees, technical problems with transport or bad weather), nor for any reduction, cancellation or change in accommodation, activity or itinerary times caused by such events.

The accommodation provider excludes any loss of valuables or damage to property as well as any direct, indirect or consequential loss suffered by you other than death or personal injury resulting from the negligence or omission of BÍLÁ PANÍ Ltd, its management or employees. If you are bringing any valuables, please discuss this with management on arrival. Your legal rights remain unaffected.

 Guests are advised to take out their own insurance to cover loss and damage to their personal property during their stay, as well as adequate personal and travel insurance.

The apartment will only be occupied by the persons listed on the booking form. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee if we discover that the apartment is occupied by persons not listed on the booking form, and we reserve the right to ask the entire group to leave the premises. We also reserve the right to retain the deposit paid in these circumstances.

 Payment for unused days will not be refunded. In the event of any complaints about noise or disrespect or damage to property, we reserve the right to ask visitors to leave the premises with immediate effect, without compensation for unused days.

We reserve the right to refuse any booking if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the customer would not use the apartment responsibly. This includes cases of behaviour contrary to good manners and public order.

 Although prices are subject to change at any time without notice, your price is guaranteed from the moment you receive your booking confirmation.

 Please note that all our apartments are non-smoking. If you do not comply with our non-smoking policy, you will be charged an extra cleaning fee of 3000,- CZK.

 Pets are allowed only with prior approval of the guesthouse management.

 Right of Entry The employees of BÍLÁ PANÍ s.r.o. or designated persons have the right to enter the apartment at any reasonable time to inspect or carry out necessary repairs or maintenance.
 Privacy Statement Your address and credit card details are held solely for the information purposes of the credit card provider and your address will not be disclosed to any third party. Any other information we hold about you is used strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
